anyone??and what sort of fine??
Around 5 yrs ago my then wife got a standard £60 fine & 3 points in the Accord Type R passing a camera on the A9 near Blackford. Her speed was 93mph on a dual carriageway.
You should just get 3 points and a £60 fine. I think that's what my Dad just picked up going through a mobile trap in a 70 limit I think he was around that speed probably a little quicker knowing him.LOL
i got stopped by a traffic car on the M1 about 5 years ago i was doing 96mph again just got standard fine and 3 points, an SP50 as i remember
Were you on a Motorway or Dual C/way?
on the motorway mate, was caught by one of the mobile camera vans on a bridge over the motorway, wasnt even in the scooby at the time, was in my demo from work, went in this morning to be confronted by sales manager
probably death penalty bl00dy labour
Motorway will go down as an SP50 under 94 MPH.
Straight penaly notice, no summons.
Should be three and £60.
what's the difference between sp30 and sp50 mate??
SP50 is exceeding the motorway limit
SP30 is "Exceeding statutory speed limit on a public road......." I.e. Speeding in a 30mph zone.
